Often, the fries come out barely warm, and the burgers can be dry, likely because they’re overcooked and lose their moisture. The service leaves a lot to be desired; the staff seems indifferent to customers' needs. Additionally, it can take a long time to receive your order.

There was a middle manager tryin... read more I attempted to get food at Whataburger at 11:45 PM, and it was quite the experience. The staff seemed overwhelmed and confused. There was a middle manager trying to direct the team, but it was clear they didn't have a firm grip on the situation, moving people around from one station to another in the middle of their tasks. The service was incredibly slow.

They should have paid me for waiting in the line for over 30 minutes for a plain vanilla shake . Only one car ahead of me parked waiting . Why does it take that long? Please give me any reason that makes sense! I don’t get why I watched every last employee in that building walk past the drive through window and stare at me and not ask me about my order for anything. It’s sad what Vicksburg has become .
