No matter... read more I like coming here, but I do have a few problems. The shakes are tasty, but they never seem to have strawberry cheesecake or banana flavors available. No matter when I visit, they’re always out of these options. I’ve been here three times specifically for shakes, but I probably won’t return because of the lack of supplies, a rude manager, and the prices being too high.

The staff and manager appear to be uninteres... read more If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. A year later, it has become even worse than before. The staff and manager appear to be uninterested in both their work and their customers. Although I managed to get my money back, I will never dine at Sonic again after this experience. I understand that finding good employees can be challenging, but if they don’t take pride in their roles, they probably shouldn't be there. This establishment should seriously think about closing; they have damaged the reputation of what used to be a great restaurant.
