Papa John's Pizza - Jasper

Extremely late delivery without anyone even once reaching out to explain there would be a 2.5 hour delay. Once the food finally made it here, after it was too late and the store would not cancel the order, it was all cold. Then when I call to file acomplaint I get no answer. Was even put on hold just to be accidentally disconnected. The only part about the order that wascorrect was the wings. The well done pizza was just a burnt, very hard, cold pizza no exaggeration. The rest were overcookedas well. Reached out to corporate for a proper resolution since no one else seems to care about quality or customer service inthe slightest at this location. Waiting to hear back from someone because this was not a cheap order and over half is basicallyexpensive food waste now.

The NY style pizza with sausage, pepper and onions has been excellent. Also a Hawaiian style with peppers, Canadian bacon and pineapple. I?ve been stopping by every week lately and the pizzas are consistently really good! Closest thing to NY pizza I?vebeen able to find. Really wish they had a grilled chicken or chef salad for a side like NY Italian restaurants.

Years ago my girls and I loved this Pizza .later when I warm it up too eat another piece it was the most awful Pizza I ever had.Its something about the crust just does not do this Pizza justice ..I love Pizza.and I love a Yeast base Crust.

I ordered 2 of the Papa John Bowls. They are $8/ea. I got home and they were only half full. I was able to eat BOTH with no problem. The taste was fine, but you could see the bottom of the bowls, there was so little

The manger and employee?s obviously don?t have a lot Work ethic. tried to go get a quick pizza on the way home it was late 11:20 something and all the employees and the manager were sitting out side I start walking up and they bolt to the door and lock itbut their hrs say 12 poor excuse for a Papa Johns. If anything they could of just went hey we just cleaned the kitchen and shutdown everything down if you can?t do that then all of your team need to be fired.
