Mi Jalisco Mexican Restaurant Tequila Bar

I often dine at this restaurant, but today I was disappointed to receive cold nachos, as if they had been pulled straight from the fridge. I placed my order over the phone and picked it up within 20 minutes, expecting it to be warm, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. To make matters worse, there were only five round nacho chips on the entire plate. I really hope the management addresses these issues to prevent this from happening again. Service: Takeout Food: 1

The best restaurant where you can enjoy incredibly delicious and exquisite dishes.

The waiter completely forgot about us. The iPad for ordering wasn't functioning, so he had to take our orders on paper. Afterward, he lost track of us and was unable to bring us our bill or provide a total for our two orders, which included water. We ended up sitting there waiting to pay, so we had to search for him, hand him cash, and then leave. We won't be coming back.

We arrived around 6:30 PM, expecting a busy atmosphere, but found only one other table that had already finished their meal. We noticed five staff members on duty. We were seated promptly and received chips and drinks without any issues. However, after that, it felt like we were completely forgotten. Two staff members spent their time joking with the other table, seemingly uninterested in us. No one came over to take our order, which makes it clear why the place was so empty. Eventually, we decided to leave and headed to Retro Mexican instead. I learned that the owner of Retro used to work at this restaurant. To our delight, Retro was packed and fantastic. Thank you for the lack of service—you led us to discover Retro!
