They shorted us a biscuit, but it was fine. The food was good, they were really busy and the drive through line was out of the parking lot! All of the food was really good though! View all feedback.
What Margo C doesn't like about Jack's:
The lady in the back asked us what we were going to order so she could start fixing it because the girl working the counter kept disappearing. She had the food ready and the girl at the register still hadn't returned so she rang it up. The food was great. Service from the people supposed to be serving was horrible. View all feedback.
Great food, great staff, clean restaurant!! I would recommend eating here!!
Ordered 2 stacks of pancakes, and after getting home, the containers had 1 pancake each. The service here is getting horrible, and the food has gone downhill, so I'll be eating breakfast at Huddle House or McDonald's.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to place my order. 10 minutes to get my already made sausage and biscuits. Food wasn't worth the wait.
Good service but they don't always listen ?. Three times I've asked for ? pickles mayo and they gave me pickles and no mayo ....
STAY AWAY! 15(actual time on the screen) minutes for cold food prepared incorrectly. Cook was on his cell phone with his sanitary gloves on. Didn 't change them before making my food.. even after I said something. My wife chicken fingers and fries sat in the bag for 12 of those 15 minutes. I travel for work and eat Jack 's from Madison to Dothan, and Opelika to Amory Mississippi.. THIS IS THE WORST JACK 'S IN THE STATE OF ALABAMA.
