Had aspa... read more The new format was very much appreciated and the choices were all excellent! I had the French-cut Pork Chop, that was so tender, flavor was so spot on. Had asparagus side that was cooked to perfect crispness without the hard stems. Loved the whipped cheesecake for dessert. Prices were reasonable for anywhere outside of Dubois County for the same experience! I really applaud the owners for taking the risk to bring farm-to-table here to the country! It’s only going to get better as they engage with local produce growers. The Fischer meats were outstanding! This was exactly the experience I hoped it would be! Room to grow as far as the menu. Excited to see what comes in the near future! Having a seasonal menu will definitely make my dining calendar for each of the seasons!! Would go here for special occasions, but more for just relaxed, enjoyable dining experience. Thank you to Gill, our waiter for the evening.
