If you're interested in exploring new flavors of Hawaiian shaved ice, I recommend just Googling it—there are plenty of exciting options out there. Most shops in Jasper do carry various flavors; while the owner didn't have Granny Smith, he did offer green apple. I'm looking forward to my visit!
