The staff was friendly, and the food from their menu was delicious. We were so pleased with our experience that we decided to stop by again on our way home from visiting family.

We traveled 20 miles for our meal, and even though the drive-thru attendant confirmed our order several times, it was still incorrect. This was only my second visit to this location, and my first experience wasn’t much better. The food is good, but the service clearly needs work.

The staff seemed overworked and weren’t very friendly. Additionally, the kitchen area was not kept clean, although they were a bit busy during my visit. Still, I believe that shouldn’t prevent them from offering excellent customer service. I hope Arby's improves, as their menu has great potential. Thank you!
