The only thing I could have was sorbet . That was the only thing they would guarantee was gluten free.
A nice place so many flavours server was so careful with no cross contamination she scooped under the ice cream on top
Amazing detail to allergies. She used a separate gluten free scoop and then scraped off the top layer then scooped the ice cream. She also confirmed the flavors were gluten free with the allergen list.
The staff allows customers to see the ingredient list to check for gluten-free options. They will then use a clean scraper to remove the top layer of the ice cream selected.
The variety of ice flavors at this restaurant was limited compared to Grandma's ice cream in Jasper. The texture of the ice was quite grainy and not the best consistency.
