We stopped here for lunch. It was hot and perfectly made. Customer service is fair but the food makes up for it. Not cheap but not pricey either. Small inside eating area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Northface Pizza:
I always Order over here but there wings and pizza have been very inconsistent. Ordered wings to go with pizza . Wings raw and swimming in sauce and pizza cold . So disappointed View all feedback.
Most of my family enjoyed their meals, but oddly enough, as the only person having pizza at a pizza place, I did not. The pizza did not differentiate itself from your standard gas station or frozen pizza. The meal was disappointing for me. The baked spaghetti that my brother had was much better than the pizza. They need to come up with a better system for distributing food. They just call out the name of the food items as they are ready. When my mom's order was called another man who had order the same item after us picked up her food. They could use names or numbers to avoid this issue. It seemed to be a popular place, which leaves me a little confused given my experience. For a small restaurant, the seating is limited and quite crowded. It was hard to move around. Overall, I would choose a different place to try while visiting Jasper.
When you're in the mood for delicious comfort food at ridiculously good prices, this is one of the best options you have in Jasper. The quality of the ingredients, the excellently cooked dishes, and the tremendously generous portions all make for one of my favourite meals during my vacation through the Canadian Rockies. My personal favourites were the poutine, the baked spaghetti, and the onion rings.
Their pizza is to die for! The 8 inch is a great late night snack and their play list is pretty good too :) Open till 2 am on weekends.
I phoned to say that my order was messed up. I had ordered a Ceasar Salad and they delivered me one with the cheap Imitation bacon bits poured all over it. I phoned them and said can you please resend me the ceasar without bacon bits? they said no. I said I had no problem with bacon bits if they are REAL but these were those cheap walmart imitation bacon bits. The clerk told me "Sure" but that they would have to charge me again for it. I said NO!.. they are the ones that screwed up. It's like ordering a pizza and getting Imitation Cheese on it. The owner got on the phone and instead of actually hearing me out or my side of the story he started yelling at me and said no way in hell that I was getting a free order of ceasar salad. I said.. eh? I already paid for the order and all that I wanted was what I had paid for. I had to call him an idiot and I hung up on him. I work at a large hotel chain of hotels here and I have been recommending this to my guests but NO LONGER!.. you just lost my business and all the business that I have been sending your way from the guests here.
We reached Jasper late in the evening and by the time we've checked in and were ready for food, most of the eateries had closed.Northface pizza was one of the very few that still served food and we were thankful! We had seafood pizza which was good. The staff were young and friendly too.
