The food was amazing and th... read more We've been coming to the OBX area for the past 10 years and decided to stop in and grab some food on the way in and I'm glad we did. The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. We normally try different spots while out in OBX, but we plan to make this a staple when we come down from now on.

I highly recommend their hand-breaded chicken tenders and fries! My husband said his steak was excellent too! I also had the pleasure of meeting Molly, their adorable dog. What a sweetheart!

Wanda is such a treasure to talk to. She makes you feel like you walked into her home, sat down at the kitchen table and you have been friends for a life time. The food was excellent- quick, hot, delicious, and the portions are belly stuffing! I wish we lived closer so we could visit all the time. Has home cooking feel and is as real of a place as it gets. Also had the orange juice which was fresh squeezed. Do your self a favor and dont pass this little place by. It is a gem. The wings were crispy and not overpowered by the sauce. BLT, fried fish sandwich, chicken tenders. Alldelicious. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was not our favorite. Chicken not as thinly sliced as I would have liked butgreat concept and flavor. Ceasar salad could have used less dressing. All in all. The chef on duty did a terrific job! Restroomswere cleaned and checked regularly. 2 Kid high chairs were not cleaned and needed additional attention.
