The chicken chow mein was terrible, with rubbery chicken that even my dog would not eat. When I called to complain, they were not interested in addressing the issue.

The chicken chow mein was chewy like gum, to the point that even a dog wouldn't have considered it edible. When I tried to complain about the quality, they dismissed my concerns and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue.

Their salt and pepper king prawns are incredible, and the black bean sauce with the ribs is delicious as well. Don't be misled by appearances; I'm usually quite picky when it comes to Chinese food, but this place really exceeded my expectations.
