This neighborhood Burger King delivers a mix of reliable fast-food comforts and frustrating inconsistencies. When smooth, service is quick and friendly, the lobby is reasonably clean, and the Whopper satisfies families and busy diners. Yet repeated order mistakes, missing sides and extras, occasional substitutions for signature sauce, and perceived menu/value cuts under new management make the experience uneven. Expect convenience and kid-friendly dining but double-check orders and offers before you leave.

This lady threw us the food... very bad service everyone playing And joking That's why they don't have time to attend well.. if they don't feel like working don't do
It's frustrating to explain a simple order, several times, open the bag and still find it wrong.
They took my original post down that I posted two months ago. Long story short, I ordered two chicken sandwich with two small fries on the offer app in which I like better. I had eaten my first sandwich and then was eating the fries until I almost ate one with a long hair stuck on it. I went back to the store and discussed the employee to let her know and she didn’t have so sympathy when I told what happened and she had an attitude when I asked for a refund or something. She was like “you ate one sandwich already” and I said yes and while eating fries until I saw the hair in which disgusted me. It took her forever to think about what she wanted to do and back and forth and she then said I’ll give you your refund back and need to put back on card in which I did. I used to come here almost once every two weeks but I eat at other BK stores.
Rosa her crew were very happy and fast to serve me with great manners!! Awesome food n fresh btw!
The food was OK the lobby it was pretty clean, but there is some dirty spots but a it was OK to eat and the service was good they were polite and l recommend it
