Wendy's - Janesville

Dinner is never available.the new breakfast burrito is pricey at 5.26. was not offered a mild sauce.their Hot sauce burned my mouth and throat. Next visit I will order a different breakfast sandwich....

In drive thru this morning. Didn 't even know they had breakfast. Guy said welcome to Wendy 's. Order when you are ready. Response ok. One moment. Looking at the menu. Not even 30 seconds late. Guy says again this time super rude. ORDER WHENEVER YOUR READY. apparently workers here need to learn how to talk to ppl. I will nvr come back. Looking at their reviews with a 3.6 average and still going down. This Wendy 's won 't be around soon. Have a great day everyone and remember stay polite. It 'll get ya farther in life.

Pretty good service, sometimes slow but the food is good.

So rude. They act like it's an inconvenience for customers to order and pretty sure the girl on the intercom was pilled out because she was slurring and kept messing up the order.

So wish there was a 0 star... messed up the order drove back there to get it right for them not only not listen but argue with me about it. Finally got the food replaced to have the burgers not even to temperature. This place seriously needs a visit from corporate and have employees that know how to listen and make orders correctly. Also have a manager who doesn't want to argue with customers. I wouldn't even go back if the food was free just a total waste of 30$ and my time my gas and sanity. This manager should be replaced immediately
