Great service today. We had Jake and he was wonderful. He had bought over a refill of water and even remember the lemon. The food was awesome. Thank you again Jake for the great service. View all feedback.
What Tim Meuter doesn't like about Texas Road House:
Love the food, but it's so loud you can't hardly talk in there. They said that's the atmosphere that corporate wants, a loud bar. Doesn't make it very family-friendly for Sunday lunch. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Many great visits in the past. Before last night I as well as my family gave them 5 stars every time. Last night was disappointing. 95.00 plus a 10 dollar tip and all of the protein choices were undercooked. One of my guests commented that about the burger choice and was replied by the waitress (with dirty fingernails) you already ate part of it . No kidding! How else would a paying customer realize that the f 'ing food is undercooked?,!!!. We will no longer eat there! Additional parking now available.
Food was decent. Ribs were terrible. Appetizers were not received. Drink ordered from bar was missing an important part. The drink and appetizer troubles were rectified. However... I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not but our waitress was easily side tracked. We had to ask multiple times for napkins and silverware. Come to find out there wasn't any silverware available. They were waiting on the dishwasher. We were there fairly early, 6pm.

We ate at the Janesville location Saturday late afternoon. It wasn’t crazy busy and we got in after a couple of minutes. I ordered an iced tea and my wife a margarita. When they arrived the iced tea was served with no lemon, straw and had to ask for sugar too. My wife order steak medium and shrimp and. I ordered the 16 Oz prime rib medium. My wife’s dinner was OK but my Prime was barely rare and super tough and fatty. I wanted to send it back but our waitress never returned to our table until we used the kiosk to check out. Then she asked how it was, I told her it was not any good, under cooked tough and fatty, as she looked at the huge pile of uneaten scraps on my plate. She did ask if I wanted to talk to the manager but at this point I was so mad I just shook her off. That shouldn’t even be a question, if it was BAD go get the manager period. I stopped at Culver’s on the way home for a burger that was way better than my meal.
Our server was amazing! Great food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
