I love the Taco Bell on Humes Rd in Janesville! The staff there has a fantastic attitude and can really brighten up a bad day! I believe the addition of the new drive-thru window will lead to shorter wait times and an even better overall experience. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
This restaurant has decent food. It's enjoyable when everything is included, but there have been multiple instances where they’ve forgotten items from my order. I've even experienced them omitting the meat from a Crunchwrap, which seems hard to overlook since meat is the main component of the dish. Aside from that, it’s generally what you would expect from a Taco Bell. View all feedback.
I was just passing through and needed something quick to eat. New empanada was NOT FRESH. Was sitting in a warmer and not very good. Opened my burrito and there was a dead bug in the wrapper. It went out the window for an animal. What a waste. Gross.
I went in to the restaurant to place an order an I was told they were to busy to take my to use the machine problem was I had a coupon to use couldn't use on the machine and no one would help. Service really sucked. Won't be going back there
We stop here a lot. Alice is a long-time employee. Her attitude and great service is a primary reason why we stop for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
It's a Taco Bell. The staff were nice but there's not much to say besides it's like every other Taco Bell.
One of the best taco bells I've been in. Food was hot and not just thrown into a wrapper.
