Subway - Janesville

Sandwiches were good. Service was good. But, why have a Coke machine that has basically nothing available except root beer?? Need to keep the machine filled.

The older/bigger lady who works here is completely unprofessional and rude. We walked in super friendly saying hi and walked towards the chips to pick them up. Right away she jumped in and said very rudely, “umm you start down here”. We replied with, “okay we are just going to grab our chips first.” She came back with, “well are you going to be getting sandwhiches though because then you need to start down here”, again very rudely. We ended up leaving before even ordering because it was completely uncalled for and disrespectful and we did not feel welcomed there. We will never be going back to this location. We took our business else wear and enjoyed a much better Jimmy Johns sub.

The employees here are great ! This is my favorite subway to go to because the customer service is amazing !

Closing time was 9:00 PM, walked in at 8:35 and was told everything was put away and they weren’t going to get it back out as they closed at 9;00. Stated that it was still 25 minutes away but did not matter. I would give 0 stars if it didn’t force you to have atleast 1 star, this type of customer service is unacceptable.!!!

Do you guys not know how to read? Why is my sandwich messed up every time I order from here? This time, both of my sandwiches weren’t toasted when they should’ve been. I’m usually in a rush so ordering online is ideal for me but apparently your employees need glasses or to go back to 3rd grade.
