Good Evening, I just wanted to let someone know how rude one of your employees were. I was picking up DoorDash order and was standing over where the orders are put after made. I stood there for 3 customers to get their order and finally Hailey asked me if I was picking up. Always a warm welcoming, everyone is always so kind will always go to this location.
Good Evening, I just wanted to let someone know how rude one of your employees were. I was picking up DoorDash order and was standing over where the orders are put after made. I stood there for 3 customers to get their order and finally Hailey asked me if I was picking up. I said yes, and she very rudely said “if you’re here for door dash orders you need to check in over there where the sign is”. I did not see the sign that was as big as a business card. I said, so I was standing here all this time and no one could say ANYTHING??? She rudely sign you see the sign over there. When my order came up 30 minutes later, hailey handed me the order and said nothing. Will not pick up from this place ever again.
They make my morning. Always pleasant and great service.
I came early for my online order, but the barista with the pink hair was super kind : They were working hard during rush!
First time here and it was a great experience, the lady was so nice I'm the window!
