Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Janesville

Great sandwiches. They were busy and little short staffed but got us taken care of very fast.

This is the first time we have ever been to a Potbelly's. They don't have them where we are from. We still gave them a four star because the food was great! Half the team had called out today so there were only two people working the whole place including the drive through. The shelves needed to be restocked and the bathrooms needed attention. They couldn't though because the place was busy. The seating area was clean. The two lady's working were very friendly but you could tell they were working super hard. Amy loved her sandwich and mine was really good too. Loaded bake potato soup was standard but hot and good. Would recommend everyone try it. They had a turduckin sandwich on the menu!!!

I walked in and the place was aesthetically pleasing. I walking in line to see a big selection of drink before I even got my sandwich. I ordered the 'Grilled Chicken Cheddar ' With bacon. It was so good. It tasted rich and I would eat here time, and time again. You get more than what you pay for. Not a nine dollar mediocre meal and not a 1$ meal that you need more food for your grease. Plus the staff there is so great. They are very respectful, and they don 't treat you like they are in a hurry. Without a doubt, the best chain to eat at in Janesville.

The staff was friendly and the food was done quickly. They were very patient with us since it was our first time there. I had the pizza sub and it was tasty, but they put a handful of mushrooms on it and only one meatball. Half the amount of mushrooms and one more meatball and it would have been better. My son really enjoyed the live music that showed up to play his guitar and sing.

Five stars for customer service! I placed an order over the phone for our monthly staff meeting lunch (8 people, lots of add-ons substitutions to the menu items). The Catering/Delivery manager was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and making sure my order was correct. She was very friendly professional. Great job!
