Jimmy John's - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered a Big John add avocado for lunch and when it arrived there was no meat in the sandwich. I called the store and they offered to remake and send the new one out. I waited an additional 45 min and still no sub. I called again and a different person answered. I explained the situation and he acted as though he couldn't believe they'd deliver a sandwich with no meat. I just requested a refund for it and he seeme... View all feedback. What's good? If you need to know, it's similar to subway but you don't tell them what you want while they are making it, you order and you pick it up. It is good food, but sadly they don't have American Cheese. ; . That's ok though because the cheese if got whatever it was was good.
