Firehouse Subs Janesville

Food was amazing and ready for pickup after order via the mobile app. Unfortunately, the situation is not so great. Physically, the building is in a terrible place: roundabout, tiny parking next to a particularly crowded chain restaurant drive thru, uncontrolled entry. Sad that access is so limited and potentially dangerous because the product is very quality.

Ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich. They literally just gave me chicken breast on a bun none of the other stuff that was supposed to go on it. Was the worst dryest sub I've ever had. Normally I love their subs I order from here all the time but I won't be ordering from here anymore.

First time trying Firehouse Subs, and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. We will definitely be stopping again.

They were so nice and fast service. The kids loved getting a fire hat. The kids meals were the perfect size. I also like how you can choose small, medium and large sized subs. The option to round up and donate to be local Janesville fire department is pretty cool. Nice way to get everyone to donate all year long.

First time to be there since our move from VA, happy to have it near me again. Worth the 35 mile drive for sure from IL. It will be my pit stop before I go thrifting! The service was so caring and excellent. I am on keto and they made if for me special with no bun! The price was very cost affective for all that meat I had ordered! I love their pickles because they have a great flavor to them! Was able to meet my best friend and catch up it was her first time! She loved it too!
