What Jodie B doesn't like about Down The Street:
This is a very nostalgic place. The decorations are great however they really need to update their accessibility. My husband is in a wheelchair and we had to sit at a high top table since there was only one low top table. Also the bar does not have a wheelchair spot for access. The chicken salad was good but DO NOT order the prime rib. It was absolutely gross and it was their special. Staff is friendly though. The ch... View all feedback.

We decided to try the Italian egg rolls, they came right away and were hot, spicy and delicious. Our burgers came out quickly and were as ordered. The Big Louie burger has pulled pork on top of the burger and almost too big to bite. Server was excellent, checked on us often and kept our drinks full. Even with a 35 mile drive, we will be back.
I was out for a girls date with my 12YO and she chose WR. I had never been before and was impressed by the space they had inside! The long spacious bar with a lot of TVs for all the sports buffs. Those TVs are also visible from all over the restaurant. They have a nice and open entryway, so that when it is busy, it's not overwhelming right when you walk through the door. They have a HUGE menu, but the best sounding happy hour options! $1.99 sliders and beer-hello! We ordered a shrimp po' boy and some chicken tenders. The chicken strips are a yummy hand battered recipe, and my daughter is obsessed with their shrimp. The cheese curds were run of the mill, but I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of it and was so impressed at how busy they were for a Saturday afternoon!

Very cool atmosphere from the time we walked in. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food came out very quick and was fantastic. I had the blackened chicken mango habanero tacos. Wish we lived closer cause I would have gone back the next t day to have them again.
Great location downtown. We love the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. You better be hungry. Burgers, salads, etc are all big. If you want a place to watch football and have drink, very nice bar with alot of seats. We were seated by the door and just a little chilly but its winter and we are in Wisconsin.
