I waited an hour for my pizza, and by the time I got home, it was almost cold. The service was frustrating; the staff seemed more interested in gossiping than attending to their customers.
I was very disappointed in the pizza I received last night. It was raw. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Toppings were ice cold. It was nasty. I should have just thrown my money in the trash, because that’s where the pizza went.Customer service however was great.
No one in sight when I walked in and out. The restroom was so disgusting with poop smeared on the wall in women’s bathroom. If womens look like this I can only imagine what Mens look like. Was going to get food but after seeing that decided not
We've had some mediocre takeout pizza from here in the past, but this last weekend was the last straw. We ordered a pizza, and when we opened it, half of it was completely burned—top and bottom. "Inedible" doesn’t even begin to describe it. When we called, they said they refunded our money but that we needed to pay for a new pizza in a separate transaction. They refunded the amount before we returned, but they couldn't provide us with a receipt. Now, we have to wait for our next card statement to see if the refund actually went through. How does anyone manage to serve a completely burnt pizza? It's unacceptable, and we won't be returning.
No breakfast available. Staffing issues. Personally I would be rethinking how to fix this. Is it pay or management?
