I went to this place because a colleague recommended it, but what I found was a very beautiful place with beautiful ambience, but nothing about the food excellent. My family (children and grandchildren) and I often go to Famous Absurdo, in fact it is our favorite dinner in Cali. Why? First, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, without being excessive. This is not the case with many restaurants in Colombia. Second, the food. We love ceviches and those offered here are for us the best in the city. So are the chicken wings and the burgers, with preparation options for everyone. Then the drinks. What a fantasy! not only the mixtures and their names, but also the presentation, in glasses of all designs; they are great. Finally, the bill and surprise comes! it does not upset your digestion. To sum it up, Absurdo is absurdly great.
