What E S doesn't like about Village Hearth Bakery Cafe:
Don’t look at the hours because they will close early or randomly. I came in 20 minutes before closing with a 3 yo who was starving. They couldn’t even offer a ham sandwich. They turned me away. Not customer friendly. View all feedback.
Beautiful spot on the island! Customer service was amazing, bought a nice assortment of desserts for a party and the gluten free were a huge it!

The two sandwiches we had were tasty with fresh eggs, a good amount of bacon on one and sausage on the other. The bacon was cooked well and of good quality. The sausage could have had a little more seasoning however was not bad overall. We also got a blueberry scone, ham and Asiago scone and a chocolate chip cookie. Unfortunately did not enjoy any of the three. The cookie had a grainy texture instead of soft and chewy, also did not like the taste. The two scones were more of a cake like texture and the blueberry one needed more blueberries. We would go back for a breakfast sandwich however not for the pastries

Delicious oat cortado. Gf pastries abound..but not a single vegan option.
Killer food and fantastic outdoor seating. I love the handmade tables and rustic arbors.
