Went with my girlfriend. I got 2 subs for myself, the guy behind the counter making my food had his airpods/wireless headphones in the whole time and didn't bother looking at or acknowledge my girlfriend for her sub. Just skipped her and went to the next person in line. There were only 3 people in line at the

Ordered online. Went in about 5-6 minutes later. While I waited, everything before me had left and they went threw a line of people. After about 25 minutes, appeared to have been just starting to make my sandwhiches. I had to get to work and couldn’t wait any longer, so I walked out.

The young man working and the older lady cleaning the seating are were friendly. Jasmine, however, needs some training. She was rude, loud, slamming stuff down. She was the person making our sandwiches. It was extremely uncomfortable and I could tell the other staff felt uncomfortable. I also saw her yelling at an elderly man who had a question. If you want to offer any good customer service I recommend you work with her on her personal skills or have her stick to cleaning bathrooms.
