I’ve ordered online here multiple times and almost every single time I have they have either forgotten something or given me something incorrect on my sub. Lunch rush and they were fast yet friendly and got my order correct.Very happy
I’ve ordered online here multiple times and almost every single time I have they have either forgotten something or given me something incorrect on my sub. I feel like almost all of the Subways around Jamestown have gone down in quality recently. I will not be ordering from this one again, same as the one in Lakewood across from Runnings. Im not sure how you either forget to toast the sub or to add my cheese each time when there is a literal list printed out from ordering online to follow. It’s so disappointing everything, especially since the prices have gone up. I should get getting everything I added to my sub. Not to mention they come almost empty now, barely anything toppings are added anymore.
The best customer service I ever experienced at a Subway. The sandwich maker was very helpful helping me decide what choices I had to make a combo sandwich.
Good Subway; polite employees, clean, quick service, didn't skimp when I asked for extra olives.
The owner was real friendly. The food was on point!
