Osaka Japanese Express - Jamestown

First time I went to this place I did not find them especially friendly, I asked for water and she told me I had to buy a bottle I couldn't have a cup... Also the restrooms are closed, against local ordinances... As well as they do not bring the food to the table. The food was average, nothing special. This is also my last time I will be going...

Terrible customer service. I order here all the time but I won’t anymore. I asked for 3 white sauces and was charged for them but was only given 1. When I went back to ask for more they tried to charge me $1.50 smh not giving my money to a business that wouldn’t even give a regular customer some white sauce.

I placed an order at this restaurant for the first time they charged me for 3 sauces and I went to pick up my order they only gave them I let them know they had gave me only one sauce, instead of them giving me what they owed me they try to charge me twice for sauce that I had already paid for, I’m never giving them my business again!!! These ppl are money hungry vultures!!! ??

Been here a few times and the food is always good and the staff is nice. I think the portion to price ratio is reasonable. The little boy that sometimes takes the calls and works the front clearly doesn't want to do it, but I can't fault him for that.
