A nice week on a Jamestown houseboat. Had some problems with the boat, but they were very accommodating. This is a great place to rent a houseboat from.

What an experience! We have made a 4-day bachelor party on an 80-foot houseboat by Jamestown Marina! These people are very friendly! They were clear and timely in their communication that led to the event and even gave me a reminder call the day before to make sure that I received all check-in instructions and knew where I went! On arrival, my whole group (11 rows of men) of smiling faces were greeted by each employee both an office and the boat rental house! I'm sorry if I misunderstand his name, but I think Alex was the young man who gave us the boat instruction. He was very friendly and explained every question we had. When he finished, we were confident to use the boat! The boat manager who was on call for all questions always answered his phone and knew his boat in and out! We accidentally shut down the water pump and he could run me through how to fix it via the phone! This experience alone was great, but was made even better by the entire team of Jamestown Marina (Safe Harbor Jamestown)! Thank you for your unforgettable experience!

This marina is nice and it's beautiful to visit. Only thing is, there prices are to high on food. Other than that the people are nice and their slips are ideal for long term use. Put together well with complete stone walk way and coded gate, if they could better the prices of their foods they would be receiving 5 stars from me. Harley.

Beautiful place for boating an camp. Great for family reunion. I recommend going.
