Brigiotta's Deli - Jamestown

The subs at this restaurant are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The staff is very friendly. However, there have been some issues with communication when calling in orders. Occasionally, the person answering the phone has a thick accent and struggles with English, leading to misunderstandings and incorrect orders. This person also seems distracted, as they often start helping customers in-store without confirming our order first. This has resulted in our orders being wrong multiple times. It's a shame because we love this place, but we have had to go elsewhere a few times due to these issues. It seems like there are communication problems specifically when this person answers the phone. It's disappointing because we want to support this restaurant, but they need to address these issues.

It can be difficult to find a delicious vegetarian sandwich, but I found a veggie melt on their menu today and decided to try it. It was fantastic! The sandwich had a variety of fresh vegetables, including mushrooms, olives, and paprika, and the addition of a sweet pickle was a delightful surprise. Delicious!
