This is the best dunkin I’ve ever been too, service amazing, employees here are top notch. I always come here. They get it right here.

The worker is impolite; they prioritize taking orders from who looks like them and when it is your turn, they behave as if you are invisible and pretend to be occupied with something else. This happened multiple times only at this location. I literally watched her walk away from the counter to stand there and do nothing, but smile to herself.

I ordered an iced coffee online and had to wait an additional 10 minutes when I arrived at the store. Other customers who walked in placed their orders and received their food right away, but mine was nowhere to be found. One of the employees was even walking around wearing a homemade beauty face mask, completely ignoring the order tickets. It was quite surreal to witness. All four customers had to inform them that they had placed their orders online or at the kiosk before they finally checked the multiple order printouts. There was absolutely no attention paid to the orders; they seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves.

I ordered a Matcha Latte with less ice, but when I came in for a second visit, I saw another employee filling my large cup all the way to the top with ice cubes. I’ve already spent $6, and I’m not just paying for a cup of ice! The only response from Yesmin was that she had already put powder on the ice, which left me baffled. Do I look like I care that you added maybe 10 cents' worth of matcha powder to the ice cubes? There wasn't even any milk in the cup! You should check your cameras around 3:35 PM.
