One of the few good hotels in jalpaigudi, beautiful place to stay during an official visit.

Room we were in suite, quality of the room is good, with beautiful made interiors. However, the maintenance must be updated. sofa had spots, dust over tables. service- in average. only a little teen was involved in getting our room ready and solving our complaints as soon as we check in at 21 o'clock. the type was polite, but it lacks experience. our bathroom pool was repeatedly blocked, and no one solved it well, finally we removed the lid of the socket itself. blanket was comfortable and good. foods the mixed fried rice was very good, so was chicken-Chali. some items were not at the top. service of the kitchen staff also needs upgrade, as the supply with salt when serving dinner. overall a good experience with taking out the initial problems after check-in. a value for money. will visit again if in jalpaiguri. bonus- they have in the home.
