We spent one day in the aqua park as a family. We had a great time, but hygiene needs to be worked on, it's a shame that such an aqua park doesn't have lifeguards and someone to supervise the slides and larger pools and control the strong children as they keep jumping, the Germans will hurt themselves first and then others. The water in the pool is dirty, many girls swim with their hair down, so their hair can be accidentally found in the water (not very nice), toilets are generally terrible, changing cabins could also be made more comfortable and at least sometimes clean them up View all feedback.
This is a fantastic destination for a family retreat! The vast grounds boast charming wooden cottages nestled among vibrant greenery, showcasing a stunning collection of meticulously cared for cypress trees, junipers, spruces, roses, and other exotic plants. There are outdoor water parks and pools available for both adults and children, with some areas still in the works. A spa facility is also on-site. Guests can savor breakfast, lunch, and dinner either in the restaurant or outdoors, where every table is shaded by a traditional Vietnamese-style thatched roof.
I was given a room that had no electricity and no hot water. They assured me it would be fixed in two days, but instead, I was moved to another room that had broken faucets. Additionally, the food at the café had insect parts in it, yet they still insisted on charging me for the dish, claiming, "I brought it to you."
The charming cottages and beautiful grounds, complete with a nice pool, created a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, the location posed some problems; it was challenging to leave the hotel without a car. Friends who explored the spa reported that their experience wasn't impressive, though I didn't visit it personally. Furthermore, the staff could have been more welcoming, as they made several errors with our accommodation arrangements for the large group.
Can’t tell anything about hotel but water in the pools are not great.. it look like pumps and filters doesn’t work as they should , trash cans are always full, hygiene in the toilets is at a low level and shower’s doesn’t work . Everything else is decent
Coming from Wisconsin with 3 kids, SKlub was the perfect choice. 2 days I didn’t have to leave the property. Great food and the pools were amazing. Thank you to the staff and cooks. You made our 2 days a lot of fun. Rooms: Perfect size for kids and air conditioning was very cold. Safety: Life guards were always paying attention and kids were not running by the pool. Food drinks: Perfect combination with restaurant for breakfast and dinner and lunch was pljeskavica sandwiches. Was impressed by the wait staff. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, Great value
