The customer service is poor and about hygiene a big 0 They pick up sweets with their dirty hand's while packing. When we questioned they were angry telling it's difficult to wash everytime. They don't use gloves or spoon for parcels. They made us wait for long. The person sitting in counter was disposing new customers when we were waiting. They dint even bother to clear our doubts. They behaved as if they dint like buying their products. The masala dosa was ok ok type 6/10 only. Sambar and chutney was bad. They keep in fridge and give us just like that.
Food was average ..value for money wise 4/10 .. shopkeeper s attitude is terrible.. bad customer experience.. gave 1 star just for the average food ... otherwise would have given -1
The person in this place handels sweets with bare hand, when I objected his reply was 'we used to do like this only .
Its Good place for Sweets, Snakes and Pizzas Lovely experience
