As I approached, an employee rushed to the door and tried to lock it before I could even touch the handle, then quickly went back behind the counter. It caught me off guard, so I ended up opening the door myself since it wasn’t locked properly. When I asked what was going on, her coworker awkwardly told me to use the drive-thru instead. It would have been much better if they had simply explained that the lobby was closing and asked customers to use the drive-thru. I decided to leave and won’t be returning.

I really dislike the taste and smell of coffee. Such a disappointing $5 waste. I'm very frustrated!

I ordered my usual French vanilla frozen coffee without whipped cream, which is a common item on their menu. Usually, there’s no issue, though sometimes they forget and add whipped cream. Occasionally, the staff can be a bit attitude-y when I ask them to remove it, but I don’t mind as long as the drink tastes right. However, today they made it twice, and both times it was too dark and icy-looking. By the second try, I had to accept it because I’d already been at the window for about 10 minutes and needed to rush to work.

When I encountered a problem with my order and sought help from the manager, it felt like he was indifferent to my concerns and was eager to dismiss me without providing any assistance. I hope they can make improvements in the future.

Each time I walk in to place an order, I find myself waiting as they prioritize drive-through customers. For instance, today I made a simple order and had to wait while they served six cars ahead of me, and I still hadn't received my order. It’s obvious that their main focus is on drive-through service, leaving walk-in customers feeling neglected. There are many other Dunkin' locations, so I’ll be choosing to go to those instead.
