First Perk Coffee House - Jaffray

So glad we stopped here on our travels! Great coffee selection, good food, service was very friendly & fun interior. We stopped for breakfast but there are lunch items on the menu & desserts as well. Something for everyone. Not the cheapest but very good & worth stopping! If you are travelling east to west signage is very well marked, however travelling west to east if you miss the first right turn (just after a small blue coffee shop sign) you have to turn around further up to get to it. The owner mentioned that he was looking into getting better signage from that side.

Great little town coffee house to stop when traveling this highway. Real hands on support. Food was always tasty and freshly made. Coffee excellent. Very positive friendly atmosphere. Bit rustic looking with character. Located just off the highway. Lots of parking.

I love First Perk and go there often just because of the atmosphere (its beautiful inside), the staff (are friendly and wonderful in every way), the food is delicious. I think I've eaten almost everything on the menu and it has all been just great. I have not been disappointed. The desserts are outstanding and so much to choice, people come in just for the desserts. This cafe is as nice as any you would find in a large city like Calgary or Vancouver - I love that they have wifi as well - I use it all the time when I am there. The coffee is good. There is a good selection of desserts. The service was very good. There is also a place to sit outside if you want to enjoy the sunshine.

The food was yummy, the service was friendly, and the ambience was fun. It was priced a little higher than I would have liked.
