For starters, I have to fight to get chan... read more Honestly I’ve been here several times hoping for a better experience but I have come to the conclusion I won’t get it. For starters, I have to fight to get change, so much so that I don’t even want to tip them. On top of this, they frequently lie about not having change to give me. But the thing that put me over the edge was when today, I asked for ice cream and they brought me a coke, then opened it, so I had to pay for it. And when I paid for it, they didn’t give me change. On top of this, it was only when I asked where is my ice cream for the second time, was I informed that they did not have any. I usually don’t like writing reviews, but I must say I am fed up with Kafe Koze. P.s. for the love of god, add more songs to your playlist.
