My husbands order had a long a string of hair in his fries that were undercooked and did not look like buffalo ranch. The d mn wings were suppose to be lemon pepper and they were just as naked as they were when they came from the d mn grease. I want my money back because as many times I've wasted my money because the staff can't take orders properly or prepare my food the right way. I will make it my business to keep people from wasting their money. This is the freaking worst.

One of them told me about Wingstop and that they had vegan wings, I had never been to wingstop. So I go to Wingstop after work the day before and tell them that I had never been to Wingstop and several times I tell the employees there that I am getting vegan wings. And I see the funny look on their faces, but, none of them said We don 't have vegan wings. The young man that I talk to at first didn 't say it and then Chanel, I think is the girl who actually rang me up, again twice, I said it to her about vegan wings, neither of them corrected me. It was 30 something dollars! And behold I get home. I 'm going to put them in a container for the party for the next day and guess what, regular old wings! So I call and I let someone know I talked to the manager on the shift we have a long conversation she assures me she 's going to try to do something about it. Even though she couldn 't make a monetary decision at that point she said she would absolutely follow up on it with her manager and they would follow up with me. That 's been about 2 weeks ago. So far I haven 't heard anything. And that is my first experience and at this point my last experience with Wingstop. Ironically enough the place that I needed to go to that did have vegan wings was right next door. And had they told me they didn 't have vegan wings, I could have gone right next door. And the night manager that I talked to told me there were plenty of places around to get vegan wings, so she obviously knew that. So buyer beware.

First time they forgo... read more They’ve gotten my order wrong 2 times in a row now. The first time they did fix the issue, but I had to go out of my way to make it right. First time they forgot to put the correct amount of corn that I ordered. This time they forgot to season it completely. I tried calling this time to in hopes for this issue to be resolved but I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes with no answer, so I decided to leave this review instead. The people that work there are very nice but it seems like there’s always some mix up every time I go there.

I had to wait while watching the staff hang out and give out free drinks, and in the end, I left without a drink and with the wrong order. Come on!

I absolutely love their fries with the garlic parmesan seasoning, which is why I still go back occasionally. Recently, I kept seeing advertisements for their chicken sandwich, so I decided to give it a try today… BIG mistake! It tasted like a school lunch chicken patty, just topped with their sauce for some extra flavor. Honestly, Popeye's and Chick-fil-A have the best chicken sandwiches; I don’t think this one will last long once people try it. I’m giving it three stars because the fries were still amazing, and the woman at the counter was very pleasant. However, I did notice some flies inside.
