The... read more I personally took it upon myself to clean the kitchen at the Quality Standards Check to prevent it from failing and to help pass the Quality Standards exam. They managed to pass, but only barely. If you care about the quality of the food you consume and the safety and sanitation of the cooking environment, I strongly recommend reconsidering dining at this establishment or any Wingstop locations. I voiced my concerns regarding the company's policies and health code violations, which ultimately led to my termination. I've included photos of the floors as evidence.

As you can see, the food is extremely dried out and old—really disappointing. It's frustrating to pay such high prices for food that isn’t good. But if it were your cooks preparing it, I’m sure it would be hot and fresh. Anyway, I've learned my lesson and I won't be returning.

Her customer service was among the best I've encountered at a restaurant since the pandemic began. She kindly offered to bring my order out to my car since I had my toddler with me. It may seem like a small gesture to some, but it meant so much to me, as I really struggle with taking my toddler into places. Plus, the food is consistently excellent!

The bag had greas... read more The manager, Reggie, has a really unpleasant attitude. I ordered 30 wings in three different flavors, but they all came in the same container. The bag had grease on the bottom, which soaked through onto my vegetable sticks. When I brought this up, Reggie said it happens sometimes. I've been here multiple times a week and have never experienced such terrible food and service until today. I won't be returning to this location.

T... read more The mild honey barbecue wings were unexpectedly spicy. I ordered 50 wings for my family today through DoorDash, and we couldn't eat them. It was unbelievable! The rest of the wings ended up in the trash. I won't be returning to this place.
