Unfortunately, only two employees work, does not allow efficiency. Had to go when the line was secured without end. I understand that the employees are hard to find, but will think twice before considering them again. View all feedback.
Usually pretty good, but black girl gives me my drinks and says you? It used to be the business, says thank you, but I guess times change. I guess when I saw that both drinks weren't normally filled, I wondered why
When I arrived at the Crown Point/San Jose location to pick up my online order, there was no listed or visible sign for online order pick-ups. The front register person directed me by only pointing in the direction of the other employees making orders. Thrown off by the unprofessionalism, when the order was bagged and handed to me, all 3 combos were missing a side. Also, 2 of the 3 smoothies had a good amount of smoothie missing from them. Prior to this, I've been to this TS location many times and picked up online orders in the past with no issues. I thought that the logic of bag checking for missing or incorrect items only applied to fast food orders but it seems that items missing from orders have no restrictions no matter where you go.
The staff is extremely rude. Told me the wait time was 30 minutes, decided to go in my car and wait for 10-15 minutes because it was very crowded. After 10-15 minutes of waiting in my car I decided to go back in and check on the drinks. Once I walked in all of the staff started going off on me about how my drinks were ?waiting for me? and were being called 10 minutes ago. Which is wrong because one of my drinks wasn?t even ready. They only gave me two out of the three and then told me they gave it away because I took too long and nobody was responding. Things would have been fine if they didn?t just start raising their voice at me like it?s an ISSUE when I?m the one WAITING for my drink that I PAID FOR to be served. I didn?t come here to be talked to rudely, I wanted to be patient and wait for my drink and give other people space because it was a crowded area. Apparently nobody here has the patience for that. Hire people who can be effective and understanding when communicating and not make smart remarks.
I have started coming here more often, it's on my way home from the gym. Convenient, fast, and quick meal. Download the app, scan receipts earn free smoothies, and do the surveys for discounted smoothies. Never had any problems or long waits. The staff has always been friendly.
Controlled chaos is best describes our first visit. First the parking at 1:30pm was a challenge as one visitor with a pickup truck and trailer took up 5 spots. Got inside and no seating due to the virus. Not everyone wore a mask and no wiping of the surface areas so 0 ? for that as well as past seating was pushed into the corners with a sign not to sit or use but people were leaning on and needed cleaning or removal. Menu Board is small difficult to read with hard to read descriptions and prices 3 ?. At the time we entered our order for the Thai Chicken Wrap and 2 Smoothies the place began to fill and the 2 employees were struggling to keep up. 2 additional employees showed up and things got moving 3 ?. Now the food. The filling for the Wrap was good but the Wrap was one tough hard to bite and chew so 4 ? for that. We ordered 2 Smoothies and both were as expected smooth and tasty so 5 ?. Overall it was a good stop but not sure a real come back over and over for us.
