It has far too long since we had been to the Schollhuas. No more over priced, not so good local fine dining . The Schoolhaus Brewhaus has been moved up to number one on our list of favorites. The menu is perfect. Not overwhelming with too much to choose from. Some the tastiest starters you could ever want. The choice of beverages was ideal. And what delightful selection of wonderfully balanced entrees.
At 4:30 they were out of Beef Stroganoff and all Steaks, along with having no desserts. Poor planning

After living in Germany for 14 years, it was great going to a restaurant that provided German food that actually tasted like German food. While I am visiting my daughter in the area, you can be guaranteed that we will visit the restaurant one more time before I leave.
