I'm a bit sad that they've discontinued the veggie melt ciabatta, but today I opted for the 8-inch five cheese pizza, which features mozzarella, goat cheese, bleu cheese, feta, and parmesan, all topped with pesto sauce instead of tomato sauce. It was priced at $11.89, and the presentation was spot on. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and they even have the best ice!

We used to love The Loop, but now it's like Bruno from the movie "Encanto"—we haven't even mentioned the name "Loop" in the last two years. It's clear that there is a lack of management committed to providing customers with a great experience, both in terms of service and food quality. The absence of these essential qualities makes this place a complete joke. Employees with such negative attitudes toward customers should be fired on the spot, no questions asked. I give them six months. It's a shame for the owners. If I could give zero stars, I would.
