The Cheesecake Factory - Jacksonville

During Happy Hour, I was shocked to find that a soda cost $5, which almost made me fall out of my chair. I ordered two Steak Diane, Tex-Mex egg rolls, a slice of cheesecake, and two lemonades, and the total came to $97.50—without any alcoholic drinks! That's quite steep. On a positive note, there was a handicap parking space available at the front, which was helpful for my disabled husband. However, there was nowhere for him to sit while we waited for our table. Our waiter was very apologetic, even though he didn’t really need to be. I felt sorry for him as he seemed to be treading lightly for no reason; he was cheerful and clearly skilled at his job. As for the food, it was decent but nothing special—definitely not memorable. We opted for outdoor seating, which was cozy and comfortable with the heaters on, and much preferred it over the indoor area, which was cold and noisy. So, I would recommend sitting outside if you visit.

Purchased 2 slices of cheesecake, $21. Love it and it's a treat now and then. Workers behind the counter were busy, very friendly and worked efficiently

I had a terrible experience with the takeout service. I waited over 20 minutes for my food to be delivered, and the young women working on December 31, 2023, at 6:45 PM provided absolutely awful service. When I mentioned that I had been waiting for more than 20 minutes for an order that was already marked as ready in the app, they completely ignored me and continued to deliver orders to other cars.

If you've ever visited a Cheesecake Factory, this one is no different. They consistently deliver the same quality and selection. The portions are generous, and there’s something on the menu for everyone. It's a fantastic spot for families. You can always count on their signature cheesecake display to impress.
