When I was there the reservation was okay, but then she told me that I wait a 15 minutes, but I already had a reservation, except that the food was good a waiter waits good so that it u have it

I have never been more dissatisfied with restaurant service. What's the point of making a reservation if we have to wait 10-15 minutes? And then we had to wait an additional 20 minutes after receiving our drinks because no server took our order.

We went to free days because we were in buffalo and enjoyed their food. it was a night and only a casual dinner. we ordered wein and after a long wait was said that they were from one of the five selections on the menu. we should forgive the new bartender for the delay. we chose another wein not, then another and finally got a glass. we were surprised at the time to get our meals, as it was not very crowded. I ordered a special one that was on the menu and the result was not even close to the photo they showed. the chicken was dry and hard and the garnel (two) were boiled. it should have green paprika, but no one should be seen. it will be a long time or never that we go again.

The restaurant was very nice and clean. The area it was in was decent the traffic wasn’t bad at all. The prices were decent for the amount of food we get. The service was okay for the time we went. The people were friendly. Noise was moderate.
