Taco Bell - Jacksonville

I ordered a bean burrito, swap beans for black beans and add extra black beans- cost $0.60, add jalapenos- add $0.60. Ordered two potato soft tacos with extra spicy chipotle sauce- cost $0/60 each. So, I paid extra $2.40 and I did not get a single extraitem. There was barely a teaspoon of black beans in the burrito, no jalapenos and there was NO spicy chipotle sauce at all onthe potato soft tacos. The Joe Pesce line from Lethal Weapon about don't go through the drive through because they f__k you inthe drive through, came to mind even though I went into the store to order it as takeout. I go in an order because it is easierto make changes on the kiosk that to try to talk to them through the drive through speaker. It is not possible that any oneperson could have misread the entire order so this has to be intentional. I order this same combination almost daily at otherlocations without issue, but apparently the manager tells them to screw every customer they can.

After years of being away from the taco bell stores I stopped in and was reminded why I quit going . Bland bean burritos very little soar cream added by my request and they are much smaller than they use to be. I won't return. Sorry.

Food was good but I had to sit outside on the curb to eat because it was sooooo cold inside I was shivering and my teeth were chattering. It's very hard to eat like that and was extremely uncomfortable even ordering and waiting for our food.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. The place suppose to be open till 1AM. They shut down after 9 and claim their systems are down and they can't take orders. This has happened to me 3 times in 2 weeks. Management there is doing something shady. I will alert theowner cause I just don't believe that their system is alway down at night. Never in day time though. If you think you are safeordering via app. Nope. They will allow you to order and pay for via app but after you waste your time driving there they willtell you that order was cancelled and refunded. Not so. You'll have to call taco bell tomorrow if you don't want your moneystolen. Something shady is going on at this taco bell. SKIP this one if you don't want to waste your time and money.

Ordered and PAID for a crunchwrap Supreme and got a tostada wrapped with a tortilla. Not happy with it at all..????
