6/1/2021 Had my first chilled Mocha Frap after over a year and oh my it was the nectar of the caffeine gods. The taste was just as I remember and was looking forward to. The restaurant was clean. Seating is spaced out to allow for Covid spacing. The staff was quick and courteous. I had just sat down and my order was ready. Definitely will visit again. View all feedback.
What Mariah Chanel doesn't like about Starbucks:
The Most Disrespectful Employee I have ever come across at ANY Starbucks locations... Closed store 10 mins early refused to serve guest. Then at a different date Time Gives Guest orders they didn't order and chargers them more. Insist on this is what they need to pay I believe she pockets the extra money she is charging. I email corporate all the time and tell them that this location is the best in Jacksonville! I drive 30 minutes everyday to go to location only. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like your family. My drink is made perfect everyday and they all know my drink, they really know how to make you feel special. Major shout out to Kyle, I recently lost my grandmother and he always asks me how I?m doing and has such kind words. If you want the gold star treatment, this is your location to go to! Lexi I told you I would brag on you guys! You?re the best!!!
Just straight ridiculous… now I’m a barista at a different location and even I know this isn’t okay ! Literally 5 small sips.. do better even during a morning rush this isn’t okay.
I handed the guy at the drive-through cash, and I never saw the machine select a tip. He just gave himself the max tip, and I paid $8 for a coffee. At least let me tip willingly.
Picked up my coffee before I began the road trip back home and the baristas were absolutely exceptional! They made one of the best coffees!! Highly recommend this Starbucks.
