Starbucks Coffee - Jacksonville

I'm not sure where they find their staff, but they are fantastic! The team is friendly, kind, intelligent, and some of them have a great sense of humor. They really work well together, and I enjoy the daily questions they write on their small whiteboard. The store is usually quite clean, and they prepare their coffee drinks exactly as they appear in the photos, which is a definite plus for me. The atmosphere is generally upbeat whenever I visit. However, I do think the owner should take care of that pothole in the drive-thru!

I've never felt so motivated to write a review until today. I visited during the free holiday cup promotion this morning, fully expecting chaos. To my surprise, it was quite relaxed—there was only one person in line ahead of me. Once I placed my order, the staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive; he didn’t rush me at all. While I waited for my drinks, the barista asked if I wanted whipped cream, which I really appreciated since my drinks were non-dairy. He chatted with me during the process, making the whole experience enjoyable and efficient. I'm very pleased with this location!

The customer service is excellent! Although the lines can be long, they move quickly, and your order is always prepared fresh.

Service is excellent and surprisingly fast; even for the morning rush. Make sure you ask for Ashley as your Barista. He makes the best drinks so fast she should get a ticket for speed.
