Gorgeous setting on the St. Johns River. The building is architecturally intriguing. It represents an upside down ship. Laminate wood ceilings and side walls are complimented by modern appointments with an artsy flair. Food is superb and the caviar laden salad bar to die for. A wonderful dining experience. What User doesn't like about Saki House:
Absolutely awful food, miserable service, and poor management. This is by far the worst restaurant I’ve ever visited. If this is considered a three-star establishment, I’d prefer to eat at McDonald’s instead—I at least know what to expect there. View all feedback.

We went today for a department lunch. We got there at 11:30 and there wasn't anyone else in there but us. It ended up being a 2 hour lunch! They took forever getting our order and even longer bringing the food. Even then we had to track down someone for refills. The food was good but it was cold when they brought it out. If we wouldn't have been there with work I would have complained.
The food to me was a little greasy and the wait staff a little slow. I ordered the chicken hibachi with steamed rice and even the rice had a grease gleam to it. But I went right after they opened so I'll give them some time and try back again.
I paid $9 for a chicken hibachi lunch to go which seemed a bit high to me considering I wasn't getting a drink or anything with it. Plus when I walked in no one greeted me for at least 5 minutes. I only went there because it was within walking distance to my job but next time I'd rather just get in my car and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to Sushi Café.
We celebrated our anniversary at the Chart House, and all I can say is WOW—this must be how the celebrities feel! They had special menus that said "Happy Anniversary," which was a lovely touch. The service was exceptional, as every need we had was promptly attended to. The chef even came to our table to ensure our meal was prepared to perfection. The hot chocolate lava cake we had for dessert was absolutely to die for, making it the perfect ending to our meal. When we were ready to leave, the valet had our car pulled around and waiting for us, and he even thanked us as Mr. and Mrs. Walston. Overall, it was the best dining experience we've ever had!
