We just went on Saturday, July 23rd and aga... read more My wife and I have been going to Ruby Tuesday on Windsor Commons for years and we always order their cheese burgers. We just went on Saturday, July 23rd and again ordered cheese burgers. I don't know if Ruby Tuesday is trying to lower its food costs (and keep menu prices unchanged) but the cheese burgers that we received with the MOST GREASY cheese burgers that we have ever eaten. I ordered mine without a bun (normal order) and my lunch plate was so greasy that the grease just ran all over the plate. Needless to say, I think this will be our last Ruby Tuesday meal for a long, long time.

However,... read more I stopped in for lunch today as I usually do after my appointment at Mayo Clinic and was being served by Michelle. Our food and our service were great. However, I was appalled at a group of guests in our section due to the constant use of profanity,constant complaints, and the rude and disgusting treatment of their server, who was also Michelle. Our experience at this RubyTuesdays is always wonderful, and we hope that this will not be a regular occurrence.

The bartender, Devon, is... read more I really love the food and drinks at this restaurant, and the salad bar is a particular favorite of mine! I visit this place regularly. The bartender, Devon, is amazing—so friendly and attentive, and he really is a genuinely nice person. The only downside I've encountered was with a rude man with spiky hair at Windsor Commons Ct. (I hope he's not your server.)
