However,... read more I stopped in for lunch today as I usually do after my appointment at Mayo Clinic and was being served by Michelle. Our food and our service were great. However, I was appalled at a group of guests in our section due to the constant use of profanity,constant complaints, and the rude and disgusting treatment of their server, who was also Michelle. Our experience at this RubyTuesdays is always wonderful, and we hope that this will not be a regular occurrence.

The food was good. our service was great. our server was michelle, she took care of us. the temporary manager whose name I believe is nate, seemed incredibly un... read more The food was good. our service was great. our server was michelle, she took care of us. the temporary manager whose name I believe is nate, seemed incredibly unorganized. loudly interviewed a potential new tenant directly next to tables that had people in which were. he also had difficulty working his timetable of the employees about the weekend, and stood in the center of the restaurant where the people could hear him, and spoke to the servers about those who go to cover the shift. the internet was also grounded in the restaurant and they could not take any cards, which was not a big thing, as there was a atm next door, but apparently the manager had his feet drawn on the arrest, and server suffered due to fewer tips. TL;DR: good eating, fast service, unprofessional new temporary manager.
